Flavor is also very spicy with anise, coriander, dark fruit, caramely malt, touch of sourness. Long, ginger-peppery-burning aftertaste. Medium body, slightly fizzy CO2. Alcohol well hidden. Bottle @ home. Another gutter, lost half of the beer while opening the bottle. Dark to almost black coloured beer with quite some carbonation and a medium dence off white head. Almost Sour fruity spicy and light roasted malty hinted aroma. Full light creamy palate. Finish is bitter herby with a dry malty and slightly alcoholic ending. Wel balanced and enjoyable.
