COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Doppelgangers’ blonde has a golden color and a soft malt profile, with low hop bitterness. It is a easy drinking, approachable, malt-oriented American craft beer. In 1864, Nevada became the 36th state to enter the union, and the phrase "Battle Born" on the state flag reflects the state’s entry on the Union side during the American Civil War.

Light to medium gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Light paper aroma with no off notes. Lemon, medium semi-sweet malt, and earthy hops flavors. Light medium bodied beer with nice carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. The body was pale gold with a white head. The aroma was dish soap with some clean carpet notes. The taste was burnt cake donuts. There was also a little bit of tea. A strange one indeed.
