COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Better known as IPA, originally brewed in England and sent to British troops in India. Extra hops were added to preserve the brew during the voyage. Features Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial hops.

Flavor: sweet crystal malt flavor, lots of citrus hops, plenty of balancing bitterness keeps the sweet crystal in check without taking away from the flavoring hops
