COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Amber is made with American malt and hops. This ale’s presentation is medium in hop bitterness and medium in malt body, perfect year round. American Ambers are also referred to as Red Ales and is a great craft brew “gateway” style.

Dark amber pour with creamy off white head and lace. Medium caramel malt with a hint of resiny hops. Sweet caramel maltiness with a very light bitter. Creamy carbonation from a medium/full bodied beer. Nice body for an amber. Pretty special beer to me.

On tap at the brewpub. The body was deep gold, nearly amber with an off white head. The aroma was light caramel and oranges with some almond notes. The taste was toast and almonds. There was a nice citrus finish.
