Nice golden yellow color, a lot veiled and hazy one with indeed elegant aspect. Frothy and adherent head. Fresh and light alcoholic aroma with pleasant notes of cereals, malty and dry grass. Much fizzy taste and at the same time soft and balanced. Much peasant and rough one.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, citrus - lemon notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]

Buona pils del Doppio Malto, non eccessivamente interessante ma molto pulita e abbastanza ben fatta. Ed è già una bella cosa dirlo di una pils italiana..

Pours a great, clear golden with rather large bubbles reching towards a creamy/bubble white head. Great lacing in big blotches. Mild malty aroma with corn flakes, dough, light herbs and grassy hops. Medium carbonated, but lots of small bubbles. Great, well-balanced pilsner flavour. Mildly sweet at first, some caramel as well, then lots of grassy hops dry out the palate. Good, long aftertaste.

bevuta al pub chiara buona schiuma abbastanza compatta mediamente persistente note erbaceo malto biscotto in bocca piacevole un pèo tropoo fredda a mio parere gasatura media finale di luppolo credo saaz

Degustata il 29-07-07 All’aspetto si presenta di colore giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati,schiuma bianca persistente compatta con bollicine abbastanza fini. Aroma. risulta fine abbastanza persistente con note di crosta di pane erbaceo .Gusto ben luppolata secca e beverina sicuramente una birra armonica Buona birra d’aperitivo.

This was an impressive pils! Highly hopped and wonderfully smooth -- more of an IPA than anything else pilsy that I often get over here. Well done!

Blond color. Very nice Saaz aroma. Sweetish taste, some malt flavor, good hopping, a bit too much at the end (too long infusion?). Not too professional.

Hazy golden color; big thick head. Light hop aroma. Quite good malt flavor, and very nice hoppy note, aromatic. Dry hop. Very bitter.
