average creamy frothy offwhite head. fair lacing. mostly diminishing. sparkling hazy thick orangeish-brown body. aroma: moderate nutty malt, caramel, toffee. if: moderate sweet. ff: moderate sweet very light bitter; long duration. palate: medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation, metallic finish.

In bottiglia.

Poco luppolata. Abbastanza equilibrata.

from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - gently hazy blond-orange beer with a poor head retention; fruity (pineapple, peaches); medium-bodied, gently sweet, dry and hoppy fruity finish with lingering notes of tea - subtle

Dorqui (2110) - Brescia, ITALY - FEB 10, 2013
Draught at "GolosItalia 2013" - Brescia.
Reddish amber color, modest head of discreet resistance. Immoderate alcohol flavour, notes of cortex, smoke and burned malt. Little smooth taste, not much prikly with a modest bitter content. Rumors of braced malt, hop and alcohol.

Very hazy amber beer, big off white head. Light crisp palate. Light minerals. Very nice light sourness. Mild creamy malt undertone. Subtle hops. Finishes crisp and dry. Thought this was a sour beer! Albeit marvellously mild and very drinkable!
