In the clear bottle. YUCK! This tasted like Pepe LePew crawled into the bottle and took a dump. So incredibly skunky that it could not be finished. Danger Will Robinson! Stay away from the clear bottled Central and South American beers. Nice lacing, though. A visually pretty beer.

This was tough to get down, but wasn't skunked. Just a mish mash of terribly gritty grains and bad water. I'd rather go thirsty, because you'll need a chaser after this to wash away the graininess. Just terrible.

Rough and an assault on the tastebuds. Light grain unfun. Didn't find anything worthwhile in here.

Aurelius (3145) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - MAR 18, 2003
Straw/grainy malt aroma with some smokey wisps. Flavor is characteristic of malty Central American/Caribbean pilslagers, but lighter. Slightly tart, mildly sweet, malt-grainy. Side-of-the-tongue lager twang and a little clingy in the palate. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this beer, it was pretty skunky on opening, but that dissipated rapidly. Bad appearance marks for a crappy label, twist off cap, clear bottle and pale beer -- which also had me fearing the worst. Just above midline.

Bov (7364) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 27, 2002
clear pale yellow colour, fine head, nice lace, light notes of orange and peanuts in the nose, medium-bodied, smooth and quite netral flavour - an honest beer

Very pale; coarse grain aroma with slight suggestion of passion fruit; light palate - barbequed corn on the cob. Quick finish.
