Bottle. Pours a dark brown colour with a thin white head, plenty of malt in the aroma. The taste is malty with hints of caramel with a dry malty finish.

Very malty, quite sweet, with a hint of biscuit. Keeps its head well. Really enjoyable bitter.

Cask at Ealing beer festival 2011. An amber/copper coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, fruity aroma. Tastes hoppy, fruity, malty and quite delicious. An excellent session ale which I will look out for again.

Cask conditioned handpump Thomas Kemp Brighton. A copper coloured beer with whitish bubbles of head. Tropical fruits throughout which tend to verge on a bit harsh. Quite bitter and sharp. served too cold which didn’t help.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading. Poured bright copper with a ring of cream head; earthy malt aroma; tastes like liquified fruit cake, with rich fruity malts and some vinous raisins and cherries; the finish is lightly bitter. An excellent bitter - I’m impressed with this brewery.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Sweet fruits, bitter peppery hop, malt is clean, decent drinkable stuff. Interesting pump clips too, i can see a few of those getting stolen.
