Bottle, pours a hazy amber bruin body with a huge exploding off white head. Spicy yeast tones with floral, grass and dusty hop tones. Fairly malty with a dank malt body. Grassy with a drying finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
375 ml corked bottle. A hazy medium amber beer, with an average sized, frothy, creamy, lacing, mostly lasting off-white head. The aroma is lightky to moderately malty, lightly to moderately hoppy, lightly to moderately yeasty. There are notes of toasted grain/bread, flowers, earth, spices. The flavour is moderately sweet, lightly to moderateòy sour, lightly bitter. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation, long finish with medium bitterness, lightly alcoholic. Quite interesting, less complex than the blonde, but with a decent drinkability. Like the blonde, no explosion during the uncorking.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Explosive cork ejection. Lotsof foam. Pours with a 4 finger foamy near white head. Brown color. Mild sweet/funky aromas. Med body/frothy carb. Flavor is a little yeast/spice, pepper touch mild roast malt and a trace of barnyard. Weird mix of sweet and funk. A bit more sweet than not

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from City Beer. The cork hit the ceiling when I opened the bottle and foam was everywhere. Once it settled, I found a reddish amber beer with a huge foamy beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a sweet barnyard flavor with a litttle banana ester and a harsh finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Bottled, 0.375l) Very loud pop, like in the Blond, but surprisingly no gushing. Huge head, though. Caramely-leathery malt, barnyard, pepper. Are they using Dupont or Fantôme yeast, or how is this possible?? Flavor is caramely with pale maltiness and some smooth alcohol presence. Much like the Blond, except with added caramel, and toned down hop crispness. Both are excellent in their own way, but the Blond would have got more points without gushing. 5456

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
375ml Bottle: Cork BLEW and put a hole in my ceiling, just like the Blonde did! Careful with these bottles! Aroma of yeast, malt, citrus, and some Earth. Poured muddy amber/brown in color with a HUGE, creamy, loose, off-white head that filled 5/6 of the glass to start, and though it diminished some, lasted throughout. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny, small, and medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of yeast, citrus, malt, more yeast, and slight caramel. Medium body. Tingly, gaseous texture. Lively carbonation. Malt, yeast, and extreme carbonation finish is slightly dry.
