3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A: The pour is a cloudy orange color with a big white head sitting on top.
S: Lots of fruit to the nose such as peaches, apricots, apples, and oranges. Still plenty of bread and malt character and perhaps some lemon zest. Yeast is there too, but more in the background.
T: The flavor starts off much the same as the nose. That is, with a great fruit character. Some of the same players here like peaches, apricots, and oranges. There might be a little bit of white grape in there too. A mild spice ester quality to the beer. There’s quite a bit of malty sweetness which is very nice.
M: The body is medium with a moderate carbonation.
D: Not sure if this is really a "Farmhouse Ale", but it certainly was enjoyable. I had never heard of this beer or brewery before, but I am a fan.

Bevuta alla spina, ho trovato questa saison davvero ottima, con un bel colore dorato. aroma agrumato e un bel tocco in bocca dove lascia un palato pulito e appagato. Buona.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pretty good beer overall. Cork exploded out of the bottle as soon as the cage was untwisted, went straight up and straight back down and bonked the opener on his noggin. Poured with an over the top off white head that turned into suds. Color is a hazy amber with some sediment. Aroma is malt, wine, skunk, yeast. Flavor loses the skunk and is quite good while being true to style. Body is good and so is carbonation. Finish is like flavor and of medium length.

Bottle, thanks brian from 12% for bring to PPSG’10. Very hazy golden pour with slight head. Yeasty, fruit esters, light funk, and some herbal and floral hop notes. Flavor has fruit, dry earthy notes and a light farmhouse tone. Plenty of sediment in this pour.

375 ml bottle from City Beer; holy hell!! a few turns of the cage and the cork shot right out to the ceiling; i should have read a few of the bottle reviews first; huge, eggy whitehead upon pouring and even expanding slowly in the glass; hazy gold in color; super sweet and grassy nose of dried fruit, white pepper, sweet malt and hay; dense, sweet, farmhouse spice aromas; yummy; wheat, bubblegum, light pepper and creamy malt; sharp pepper and lemon and heavy carbonation creating a creamy, fizzy mouthfeel; zesty pepper, dried malt, white sugar; alcohol hidden well with a soft, fluffy dried wild flower kind of flavor; aside from the heavy carbonation, this is one he’ll of a saison; light, flavorful and smooth drinking

Bottle, c&c, from Star Grocery in Berkeley, CA. Cork hit the ceiling as the cage let go!!! Didn’t foam out of the bottle though. Pours hazy gold with a record 5 finger foamy off-white head. Aroma from the bottle neck is citrus and earthy. Hard to get the beer from under the huge head. But it’s kind of funky citrus. Earthy. Hints of old fashioned linoleum paste (childhood memories!). Really funky and highly recommended. Love it.
