Pours a hazy blonde color with a small head

The aroma is fruity and floral with some mild spice, some copper and some apricot. The beer is lightly earthy and a touch funky.

The flavor is dry, lightly funky with a nice sharp and fruity characteristics. The beer has a nice old world hop character with some husky maltiness.

Pretty enjoyable as far as I’m concerned.

333 c&c from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours hazy orange/gold with a 2 finger creamy off-white head. Mild aromas of light pitted fruits and yeast/spice. Med + body. Flavor is light pitted fruit, banana ester, and some interesting malt. There’s something rather floral too. WTF is dogrose? But I guess that’s it. A mild flavor conflagration with some tasty aspects.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, apricot, wood, moderate yeasty, apricot, light alcohol. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120622]

Bottled at PBF. Cloudy deep golden, faint head. Perfumy rose aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Some honeym and citrus. Roses are very evident. Mid bitter finish with some warmth. Tasty and interesting.
