Herber, süßlich alkoholischer Antrunk. Ansonsten mild, würzig malzig, getreidig. Die Würzigkeit nimmt noch zu, dennoch süffig, vollmundig. Nett. 11/11/10/11/8/11

375ml bottle at BXL East (labeled as White Gold). Pours a hazy dark orange wsith huge, billowing, soapy off-white head that clings desperately to the glass. Aromas of fruity yeast, citrus and a bit of spice. Taste is fairly spicy (chicory, clove and coriander) and peppery, slightly bitter with a bit of sweeter malts and earth. Taste is bright and prickly on the palate. Finish is slightly bitter and spicy, but there’s a nice balance of all the different elements. Good stuff.

The beer is light brown copper, and very unclear. Sweet and bitter in the noise, with a touch endive. It is a full bodied beer, with a bitter taste of the endive and the sweetness. The aftertaste is bitter, and is moderate long. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ambrée, dépôt en suspension, bonne pétillance. Mi-houblonnée, mi-maltée, épicée, légèrement fruitée, légère amertume (un comble pour une bière au chicons!)

Traded bottle. Cork limped out of the bottle with no carbonation and no head when poured. Overall pretty mild tasting with a slight hint of sourness, a little spice and a dry finish. Meh.
