Bright yellow colored with hazy appearance, little white head. Lemony and hopped aroma with thin safty note, fine grass here indeed. Medium to full bodied. Flavor is also nicely hopped with lemon, good grassy and flowery notes here. Aftertaste is lemony, good triple.

Orange-brown pour with a thin tan head. Floral aroma with citrus notes. Dry floral flavor with a touch of sweetness. Herbal notes. Lots of grapefruit and a very dry finish. Nice saison.

Bottle from Beer Mania. First cork to pop on me in awhile, into the kitchen wall. Nose of sweet fruits and plenty of chickory. Taste is sweet, malty and lots of spices, including of course chickory. Quite enjoyable. Very nice crisp taste to it and plenty of alcoholic.

375 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a hazy yellow colour with a very large, foamy head which collapses slowly. Lots of sediment on the bottom. Aroma of toffee, floral hops and spices. Flavour of floral hops, sweet fruits such as banana, wheat, citrus and caramel malts. Warming, fruity, light spicy finish. Alcohol warms nicely. Pleasant.

Countbeer (4068) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - DEC 5, 2011
Bottle: Medium vast white head on top of a hazy darker orange colored beer. Smell yeast, hint of fruit, hint of vegetables, some herbs and malts. Taste malts, caramel, fruit, honey, some spices, hint of alcohol, Yeasty fruity bitter aftertaste. Low carbo, soft almost silky mouthfeel with a light tingle, good medium to a lightly fuller body and a creamy texture. Typical yeasty belgian brew but better balanced than a lot of those other belgian yeasty brews.

Bottle from Kiya. Cork poped again, but I caught it in a towel. Very fragrant, herbal aroma, grass, citrus, peach, a bit of apple. Warm and malty, some bread. Deep gold, closing in on amber, withna high, fine head. Wheat malt flavor, citrus, swet orange, good tang, bread, herbal. Slightly spicy, but not overdone. High carbonation, but rather soft, full body. Decent. A bit too sweet and spicy, but good.

Bottle from EtreGourmet webshop. Clear golden fizzy body with a massive white creamy head. Aroma is hay, bread dough, grassy hops, hints of citrus and even a dash of nougat. Nice. Taste is cereals, bread crust, hay, citrus and grassy hops with hints of alcohol and coriander. Pretty original, and I’d say it’s somewhere between a wit and a BSA. I like it a lot.

375 ml dark green bottle, at local tasting, as Hof ten Doormal Wit Goud Witloofbier. ABV is 8%. Cloudy orange colour, moderate head. Wheaty aroma with notes of spices, nice. Medium sweet wheaty and spicy flavour, the alcohol is noticeable.
