Cask conditioned @ Guide Dog, Soton. Malty autumn fruits with spicy earthy hops. Sweet with a tendency towards a heavy creamy body which doesnt really match the flavours.

Cask conditioned at Far From the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Amber to copper with white head. Fullish, malty quite a nutty beer, drying on the palate with a bitter close. Reasonable.

Cask-conditioned at the Berkeley JDW, Bristol 28/12/08. Deep amber with a decent off-white head that left a film of suds down the glass. Doughy malt and red berries aroma with some earthy hops. Flavour was sweetish, with some caramel, fruit and a decent bitter finish. Good stuff.
