hughie (3992) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 21, 2010
Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Amber with a small white head. Is there a trace of lemony sweetness in the aroma? Or dry autumn leaves. Taste is rather good: sweet and malty with suggestions of Original Bakewell Pudding. Some bitterness. Very good.

Cask@Catford Beer Festival. Cerealy/ bready, quite a short grainy flavour, really not much to tell with this one.

chriso (7065) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 21, 2004
Standard amber colour. Light malt aroma. Soft malt on the palate. Although the malt is quite dry, there is not much in the way of bitterness or hop character. Short finish. OK, but nothing to write home about. Cask (gravity), Catford Beer Festival.
