A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of fruit. The flavor is sweet malty combined with notes of straw. Ordinary.

Cask from the Plimsoll Line, Redcar. Pours amber with an off white head. The aroma is citrus with a hint of cocoa. The taste is light citrus with slight metal. A bit of a dry finish. OK.

Cask, Hamilton Hall, JD Wetherspoons, 2nd May 2015. Wow that’s stellar service. Kind girl got me a half from upstairs as it was at the end of the barrel. White Lacing. Clean malt. Juicy hop bite. Solid bitter. Good fruity yeast esters. Good stuff.

Cask HP at Bree Louise as ’DBC Jurassic’. Cloudy dark orange / brown, still, decent dense foamy orange-tinted white head endures. Full, thick lacing. Aroma is pungent, burnt, sour plastecine, twiggy, burnt plastic. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is light malts, softly sour, more plastecine. A bit of a weird one overall.

Part of my 2013 backlog. Bought on trip across the south coast. Amber colour with thick white head. Aroma has caramel and malt taste has caramel, malt and some hops, generally an ok bitter.

Bottled 23/08/14. An amber coloured beer with a white head. Sweet toffee dominates the nose too much. There is a bit of hoppiness to join the sweetness in the mouth so it is palateable but it still is too much for me. Malts give more than just body here.

Bottled. A bright, clear copper colour with virtually no head. Malt, molasses, honey, and grapefruit aromas. Start is slightly sweet malt, but refreshing and clean overall, with a slightly drier finish. Pretty good.

bottle. Hazy golden colour, id-sized hwite head. Malty base that suzppoets the shy but aromatic hops quite well. Well-balanced golden ale.
