Cask at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours clear, orange-gold with a small, bubbly head. Dry musty apple nose. Light sweet flavor, certainly dry with plenty of musty basement, some apple peels. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes dry with ripe apples, some bitter peel, cobwebs, musty basement. Decent.

Bottled! A decent dry cider , which is w@t my pa l ate fucken digs in cider context. A nose of rural vibes mild funky texture cobwebs horse shit . Apple acidity. Drinks dry and clean but the aroma is better than flavour so ill use the rest of the bottle for a black n tan.!!
