Mar 25, 2008 Cask conditioned @ Ye Olde George Inn, Christchurch (as Piddle). Slightly fruity nose. Plenty of leafy hops with a reasonable amount of bitterness. Full hop flavour in mouth malt takes a back seat but adds a bit of sweetness. Quite good but has a bit of excess yeast flavour.

Mar 22, 2008 Cask at the Hope Pole Aylesbury, Easter Beer Festival 21-03-08 Pours dark amber with not much head, but looks a bit murky and hazy. Aroma is a little toffee as is the taste. There is actually plenty of flavour here but its a bit uncouth at times. The citrus zips about a bit and its fair to say it a better drinker than a looker.
