Das Stifts Export ist goldig-gelb und schäumt gut auf, auch wenn der Schaum schnell das Weite sucht. Das Aroma ist verhalten rezent. Der Antrunk wirkt einen kurzen Moment dünn bevor eine gelungene malzaromatische Attacke zuschlägt, die sich gewaschen hat, geil! Mir fehlt es etwas an Hopfen, vor allem im Nachgeschmack. Dafür ist die Süffigkeit schlichtweg gut.

Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit and malt. Flavour is sweet and grain. A little bit boring.

Kräftig-gelbe Farbe mit viel feinem co2. Der Schaum ist auch ok.
Ein wenig säuerlicher und herber Geruch. Malzig herbe Grundstimmung im Geschmack. Die Mitte zeigt ein paar brotige Aromen. Im Abgang kitzelt die Herbe im Rachen.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of hay and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, more and more hoppy-dry, fine spicy. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Really nice!

Das Bier startet typisch herb, diese herbe ist von der Intensität her durchweg fast gleich. Deutliche malzige und auch süße Aromen kommen im Mittelteil hinzu. Der Nachgeschmack ist leicht bitter und durchaus exporttypisch, wobei dieser etwas trocken wirkt. Exporte gefallen mir meist nicht, dieses ist eine positive Ausnahme.

Malty aroma of hay, grain and hops.
Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops.
Dry hoppy finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish to malty. Malty, grassy and vague butterish. Bitter and dry cornish into the finish.
