Dos Equis Amber is a rich, full-bodied Mexican import with a reddish-gold color and is made from the finest ingredients, representing the brand’s traditional Mexican heritage. The history of Dos Equis Amber is traced to the development of the popular Oktoberfest-style of Vienna lager originally created during the mid-19th century.

Pours a clear and amber with a half finger off white head. Weak smell of grain, lager type scents. Pretty clean flavor of malty grain and a slight sweetness on the finish. Mouth fell is thin with medium carbonation. Just OK on its own. Works well in a michelada with fajitas.

Amber, clear with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel and corn. Sweet taste with a bad malty end.

BB 18-02-14. Poured an orangey amber colour with a one-finger white bubbly head that diminished quickly and had virtually no lacing. Aroma of musty grain and yeast. Taste bland with no real bitterness. Light body bordering on watery. Light bland finish. Not a good example of an amber beer.

Pours amber brown. Light and somewhat refreshing but overall very average beer. Good for crushing plenty on beach

Pours an amber brown with no head. Aroma of corn, malt, caramel. Taste is corn, very one dimensional and that one dimension is really bad

Not a very good beer but light and easy to drink and potentially better than regular dos equis

tap. Amber with small head. Smooth with a little bit of caramel and nut. Pretty bland, but does go well with some spicy mexican food.

Serving type: on-tap Appearance- An amber brown, came to me with almost no head at all Aroma- Slightly malty and sweet with a hint of citrus T/P- Almost no carbonation very light tasting beer no strong or overpowering tastes. Has a sweet malt taste. Overall- Not bad would not run out and buy it, but good when you are out to dinner or having Mexican food.
