Pretty good for an inexpensive amber. Needs a lime though. I like negro modelo better Revere Stryker dog!

Tasted on 11/30/14 from a capped 12oz bottle purchased in a mixed sixer at the grocery store. Pours clear dark amber with a very thick off-white head that slowly recedes to thick, messy lace. The nose is dark corny malt with just a touch of molasses, and a bit of grassy green hops. The flavor is, once again, on the darker side of caramel corn malt, and the same hint of grassy green. The body is light with fizzy, soda carbonation and a short, dark corn malt.

Meget kedelig øl, ikke meget smag. Havde forventet mere smag og fylde. Kan ikke anbefales. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Red color. Small head. Aroma is bad, like old and wet cardboard. It stinks. Beside that there is also some citrus, hay, caramel notes. In flavor, intresting, this unpleasent smell is gone and there are malt, metal, nuts and caramel notes. Sweet. Not so good.

Draft. Pours a clear amber with a thin head that sticks to the glass. Aroma has nice notes of caramel, bread, and traditional hops. Taste is balanced. Caramel and bread with a short aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth. Overall pretty tasty. Not epic, put good!

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2014 I rated this beer the way I believe it’s intended to drink. Ice cold with a slice of lime and some spicy food. I’m drinking this beer with Korean tacos tonight. Other than the lime not much for aroma but it’s a good tasting spicy food beer that drinks easy. Not something I get just to drink a six pack but works well in the right situation.
