Dos Equis Amber is a rich, full-bodied Mexican import with a reddish-gold color and is made from the finest ingredients, representing the brand’s traditional Mexican heritage. The history of Dos Equis Amber is traced to the development of the popular Oktoberfest-style of Vienna lager originally created during the mid-19th century.

A very fine beer that actually surpassed the Dos Equis Green. I was pleasantly surprised. Recommended.

By all means a great beer, I don’t care what that jerk from Illinois said about it. I have loved the taste of Dos Equis XX Amber since the first time I had one at Los Vaqueros with my dinner. Great taste, great color and at it’s best on tap in a frozen mug with salt on the rim and a lime wedge. Drink it because Zac said so.

I am not a mexican beer fan. Afterall, it must come from mexican water, right? Completely surprised, with rock salt and lime this beer is almost addicting.

Not a bad beer but nothing to really distinguish it. Corono and Negra Modello still seem to be the best of the Mexican’s to me. IThis is a little more hoppy then the regular but not quite as flavorful. It’s too weak. Maybe it would be better with a lime. Still decent.
