Light Amber pour with a white head. 32oz draft. Aroma is sweet and malty. Flavor follows this, light malt with some cardboardy aftertaste. it was cold, which tripled its value to me at the time.

Rich, reddish-gold color. I don’t know not a bad mexican vienna style. A little caramel malt and nut on the taste. It is what it is....mexican.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 nicaboy (11) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 21, 2009
This is my go to Mexican food beer. Is it world class? Nope. Is it completely drinkable? Absolutely. There is not much to the aroma. Taste is slightly bitter and maybe a little sour. There is a little roasted malt pleasantness going on. The beer leaves a decent taste on the palate that is pleasing enough to order it every time you go out for carnitas. What more could one ask for?
2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Stellaaaa (213) - Tennessee, USA - NOV 14, 2009
Pours a clear amber with little head. It tastes of rich malted barley and a faint hint of hops, although the taste is relatively mild. It has a thin mouthfeel which detracts from the taste of the beer, but it’s a tolerable beer.

Serving: 12 oz. bottle.
Appearance: Pours a clear, light amber color with a foamy, slightly off-white head. Okay head retention.
Aroma: Light nose with malt and grain notes. I didn’t get much on the hop side.
Flavor: Some grainy sweetness, slight caramel note, and a slight back bitterness that helps even things a bit.
Palate: Medium-high carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel and a medium-short finish.
Overall: It really isn’t that bad all things considered. I will usually make this my go to at Mexican restaurants.

12 oz. bottle. Pours obviously an amber color with a light off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, slightly nutty flavor. Light to medium bodied. I don’t always drink beer...well, actually I almost always drink beer.
