troopie (470), USA Jan 11, 2008 Draught at restaurant. Poured amber with fast disappearing head. Faint aroma, malt, sort of sweet. Smooth sweetish body, good off set for spicy Mexican food. Light faint finish. Better than most macro lagers, and quite good for a Mexican beer.
Underhook (93), Lincoln Park, New Jersey, USA Aug 21, 2008 Pretty drinkable, very average. A bit dark, some caramel, some malt. Overall, pretty average, uninspired beer. But I suppose it’s better than some of the other awful Mexican beers I’ve had. Neematoad (11), , Illinois, USA Aug 19, 2008 Very Carmely and not really my thing. Definitely not a beer you’d drink a lot of in a sitting. Probably won’t try this again but don’t have any hard feelings towards it. Steinface (63), Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 14, 2008 Always heard a lot about Dos Equis. Boring, and unmemorable. Decent, drinkable, mexican beer. Maybe add another equis. kiefdog (390), Tampa, Florida, USA Aug 12, 2008 22oz draught. Pours a dark amber color with a thin off-white head that settles quickly. Little lacing. Aroma is faint, perhaps some malt, some grass, hops. Flavor is faint as well with just some notes of sweet malt and grass. Quick finish with a little bitterness. redlem (1100), Illinois, USA Aug 11, 2008 Solid if not very interesting. Pours a clear amber color with minimal head. LIght malt aroma and taste. Mildly bitter at end. NOt bad.
