3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, pours a darkish amber colour, clear. caramelish taste to it, more of a banana I reckon.
Packaging is clever, but a little bit stupid. Bottle comes in a brown paper bag with a logo on it.
It’s not a bad beer, worth a crack I reckon (also, this is my first rating, still learning and drinking).

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Kinda ok. A little citrus, spice, pepper. Dry with no dumb notes. Almost light in the palate but does not lack intensity. Really quite good quaffing.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from misty. Tastes quite hoppy for a lager. Grassy hops and biscuit malts. Pretty solid for what it is.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
(Bottle) Clear golden with small short-lived head. Aroma is grassy, slightly metallic with hints of candy. Light body with good amount if fine carbonation. Taste is simple and basic, but within that constraint quite reasonable. There’s a nice balance of some light malt sweetness and some light tartness, with some reasonable hoppy bitterness to finish. Simple, refreshing and easily drinkable.
[The paper bag was beige / tan with an interesting logo printed in dense black ink. The aroma was papery. The body was very substantial, it was thick paper with a rough to fluffy surface. I omitted to taste the bag, so cannot comment on the flavour other than surmising it would be similar to the aroma. The bag was well matched to the bottle, rendering it essentially useless for repurposing, however, in its context, it rates very highly on the hedonic scale.]

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Served in a paper bag, was told by the girlfriend to get rid of paper bag asap as was looking a little bit like a homeless person. Beer was nice, sweet and malty was the major impression. Sessionable beverage.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Mogo Vintage Cellars. Nothing special here, but far from a drain pour. Aroma was quite bready/yeasty, low bitterness. Expect so much more from micros these days.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a light goldend color with a small head and no real lacing. Aroma of banana and grain with a bit of malt sweetness. Taste of mild malt sweetness and grain. Just a trace of bitterness and a clean finish. Light body smooth with a bit of malty character. Drinksable Pale LAger. Good for a couple.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle. Packaged in a brown paper bag with an unusual label, I was not sure what to expect with this one. Bright golden amber colour and clear with a white foam head. Carries more aroma than your average pale lager, fruit, passionfruit maybe. Light and thin in the mouth with not much happening in the flavour department, lots of grain mostly. On the palate it is very thin. I think the paper bag and label is a bit of a marketing ploy to try dress up a pretty ordinary beer and make it out to be something that it is not.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours gold with a rapidly fading head.
Nose shows bready malt and faint spicy hops. A bit plain.
More bready malt as a flavour, also a grainy character. Finishes with a mild, off-putting bitterness.
Carbonation is pretty full-on, body feels watery.
