Aubrey (2549), Denver, Colorado, USA May 8, 2003 Amber in color. Sweet, bready malts. Sweet, aromatic hops (I was told they grew them locally). Hardly any bitterness. Would make a great session beer, as it was painfully easy to drink. I really enjoyed the hop aromatics, sweet with earthy qualities (couldn't put my finger on the hop though). Ernest (4171), Boulder, Colorado, USA Sep 15, 2002 Draught. Medium amber. Aroma is moderately malty (caramel, toasted light bread), moderately hoppy (resin), lightly yeasty (dough). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
