English Pub Ale Dostals Best Bitter–on tap-pours a creamy light tan head that laces and gold/orange color. Aroma is sweet malt-caramel, secondary citrus hops. Taste is sweet malt-caramel, secondary citrus hops, mellow, maybe too mellow. Mild carbonation. A good Bitter, a less than average taste if it is an APA.

tap, this beer was described as a bitter. Pours a gold brown with creamy white head. Mild aroma malt dominated but with some hops too. Overaly carbonated mouth, medium bodied. Bland copper hay flavor, a bad bitter.

Amber gold/foamy off-white head. Mild floral/malty aromas. Flavor same with an interesting citrus touch. Wife thought it excellent. And she tends to avoid beer.

On tap at Dostal Alley poured a clear amber with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of carmel and a hint of fruittiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, straw and light fruittiness with a smooth malty finish.

Pour is light golden amber with no head...smell is biscuity...thin watery mouthfeel...bad...

Light malts complemented by zingy hops. Some bitterness carries into the aftertaste from the finish. No major complaints, just not a lot of personality to wow me. Again, below what I like to see in an APA.

Draught. Hazy light amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), moderately hoppy (resin, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter, lightly acidic. Finish is moderately acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly astringent.
