Commercial Description:
This is a lacerative muther of a beer. The evil big brother of Arrogant Bastard Ale. It is strongly suggested you stay far, far away from this beer. Those foolish enough to venture close enough to taste will experience a punishingly unforgiving assault on the palate. ’Course there’s always the masochists...

Bottle. Light brown in colour with off white head. Rich aroma of hops, malt with some chocolate character too. Quite a complex beer, deep and rich flavours, with lots of malt fruitines and quite a bitter finish. There is alcoholic warmth but its not over powering. This is not a beer for the faint hearted or those that consider Crown Lager a "good"beer. Definately a beer for the beer geeks among us, thank god for Stone!

22-oz bottle 񢉗) - Aroma: alcoholic, raisin or dried fruit (malt or esters) , and caramel (malt) Appearance: cloudy brown, tan head; Flavor: very complex of low to mod sweet and salty, high bitter and floral (hops), caramel (malt) and raisin (malt or esters), alcoholic; Mouthfeel: full (heavy) bodied, mod carbonation, alcoholic warmth; Overall: complex beer with a well balance of malt, bitter, and alcohol (wish I had a keg of this instead of 22 oz).

Dark brown, beige head. Aroma has a bit of hops, swedish fish, and alcohol. Decent bitterness, a lot of sweetness, brown sugar, caramel and alcohol. Dryness picks up toward the finish. Not too sticky for the full body, but there’s a fumy alcohol that I don’t like.

Bottle. Pours deep, deep brown, nearly black, with a beautiful, creamy tan head. Aroma of bitter coffee, hints of chocolate, malts, and a bit of hops. Body is solid with a sturdy, crisp finish. Outrageous, epic brew. Truly epic.

Bottle form 07. Pours a nice dark brown color with just a little bit of a off white head. Has a grain smell to it. Has a caramel flavor with a some hoppy bitterness to it. Possibly a little chocolate on the finish there as well.

Dark redish brown with a small off-white head. Malty and some fruity notes. Malt, hops and fruit. Full body with a balanced bittersweet finish.
