Jun 16, 2008 Black coloured beer with a large off-white head. heavy roasted buttery aroma with some hints of dark/ ripe fruits and prumes. Medium to full palate. Finish is full malty, with a roasted bitter touch. Nice but not overwhelming.

May 28, 2008 Nice Brown colour. Almost no head. Tastes like stout. Not too sweet. Some hints of caramel.

May 14, 2008 Bottle at home ... Deep brown ... big foam head ... Lovely sweet blackcurrent nose and reading other id go with butter as well that would never have occured to me but thats what it is ... again a sweet fruityness with lots of softroast malts ... little treacle ... Ireally like it but its probably a bit sweet for most.
