Cloudy apricot color. White head held by only the carbonation clean crisp barley aroma. Palate starts off fizzy and sharp. Flavor is mild and malty. The fizzy palate dominates. Drawing down, the beer leaves some horn like lacing one the glass. Appropriate. Very light and definitely drinkable by those tranisioning to better beers.

On tap at the brewpub) Pour is an amber with a thin white head.. Nose is fruits, caramel, toffee, roast, crackers..Taste is toffee, brown sugar, roast, caramel, raspberry..Palate is roast with fruits..

Growler thanks to errl. Amber pour with a cream head. Nose is lightly roasted malts, caramel, and bread. Easy on the palate, caramel, roasted malts, and dough.
