Clear amber color with ivory head. Dusty pale malt, belgian spice, toasted caramel aromas. medium bodied with soft co2. Spicy earthy toasted caramel, dark bread, holiday spice flavors--good

Did not taste like a strong ale to me. Had more characteristics in common with an imperial German hefeweizen. Tasted good but a little went a long way A little too harsh on the palate. Liked the banana and spice notes but they got overcome.
