3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml bottle. Clear red copper, lighter tan foam mostly fades. Aroma of fruity forest hop. Taste is richer caramel/toffee malt forward, fruity floral foresty hops, with an interesting spicy tang. Softer than average carbonation, medium bodied, well hopped. Tasty. NFL (Not for Lagerboys)

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500 mL bottle poured. Pours a fizzy orange cooper color. Fresh hops aroma from a distance. Sweet light apple juice like flavor with a long sweet finish. Touch of caramel. Majority of the hops are in the aroma. Good flavor though. Nice fresh hop here.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is a murky brown with a large tan head. Aroma is full of piney hop resin and some caramel malt. Flavor is more of a dank hop with a large sweet malt with some notes of molasses and sugar covered berries. This was more of a strong ale than IPA. Still this was quite tasty with a sweet but not overly heavy malt and the hop are there lingering in the backround.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
11/8/14 - 22 oz bottle poured into an ale glass. Pours with a frothy, white head that dissipates quickly leaving a film. Copper colored and slightly cloudy. Tons of lace on the side. Spruce and pine aroma, green apple, with butterscotch and roasted malt. Starts bitter, slightly metallic, with a slightly sweet finish. Medium body, well-carbonated, rich, long finish. Very nice.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar (W. Broadway), Vancouver, 10 oz
Hazy amber color with small head. The aroma is malty, biscuity, mellow, fresh, fruity: sweet oranges, plums, hint of tropical (7.5). Lean mouthfeel; the malt flavor has a mild caramel accent, light residual sweetness, the bitterness is well controlled, there is plenty of orange flavor, but a bit of paper too in the final.
The fruitiness in this beer is original and under the spotlight. Excellent.

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap. Pours golden yellow with a thin head and some lacing. Nose is big grassy floral, fresh hops and pine, delicious. Taste mostly delivers on the nose, hops, pine, citrus notes. Very dry and clean. Not sure why it’s a red, it’s a great IPA to me.
