3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at PreFunk. Aroma is all hop, leading in to a big hop smack in the chops, lots of bitterness, lots of warmth. Clear medium gold body, small wispy head, this all about the hops from taste to finish. Decent DIPA

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
The liquid pours out of the bottle a hazy amber filled with residue, and capped with a thick, dense, sherbet-white head. The aroma is strong hops, fresh, filled with citrus and pine. As I drink down the foam clings to the sides of the glass, wet and heavy; only slightly sticky, but consistent and soft. the taste is bitter, drying my gums and the underside of my tongue. The flavor is fairly consistent with the nose, drawing on that bitterness in the taste and combining the two with a malt backbone that balances fairly well. A basic IIPA with lots of hops up front and a good foundation. I wont be running out to find it, but all in all, it’s not a bad brew and I would drink again without thinking about it.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500 ml bottle. Murky lighter orange copper, lots of unappetizing big chunks, mostly fading off-white foam. Resinous citrus hop aroma, some c-malt. Initially quite bitter herbal floral hop taste, resinous, some spice, milder c-malts behind, softens and becomes more citrusy grapefruit as it warms. Average carbonation, medium-full bodied, more aggressively hopped. DNFL (Definitely Not For Lagerboys)

On draught at Saraveza for 5th Annual IIPA Festival. Golden color. Aroma is caramel and sweet citrus. Taste is sweet tropical citrus with a healthy backbone of malt. Quite hoppy and herbal, yet the malts balance it all out.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance was clear orangish gold with lasting creamy white 2 finger head, rings of lacing. Aromas are citrus galore of orange, tangerine, pineapple, lemon and grapefruit with soft sweet pale malts, no alcohol. Taste was hops of tangerine, lemon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. No alcohol with crystal and pale backbone. Palate was smooth creamy CO2 with medium body, then lasting smooth fruity bitter balanced finish. Just love the juicy hops there.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bonus from a recent trade. Lots of pine and resin and grapefruit along with a thick malt body. Full bodied and viscous but them you get hot with some piney hops and are reminded that this is an ipa. Serious presence here. Much more malty but still really nice.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
500 ml Bottle. Cloudy orange amber colored pour topped with sudsy foam. Aroma is a blend of ripe citrus, dried tropical fruit, pine resin and toasted malt sweetness. Taste opens with a shot of leafy herbal hops bitterness and orange rind along with some pineapple, lemon and caramel malt. A little bit of mint and pine in the finish round things out. Moderate carbonation and creaminess in the body. Lots of fresh citrus and forest floor goodness from the hops.
