COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
THE VAPORIZER is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop THE VAPORIZER to pump up the hoppy goodness. It’s an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Challenger hops. 6% ABV, 50 BU

Draught at the brewery in Hood River. Very juicy hop aroma. Light straw color. Mild hopping in the initial, and that intensifies in mid plate. Very long bitter tracks in final. Thin-medium body. All Challenger hops. Too much bittering for a plae ale. But all the same, quite tasty.

String citrus and lemon nose with hints of tangerine and orange. Sweet malt flavors with some crystal malt flavors. Semi sweet finish. ---Rated via intercellular device

Tap at Double Mountain, Hood River, 24/05/13. Clear light golden with a thin white head. Nose is pale malt, grass, cereals, citrus, hops. Taste comprises bitter orange, light hops, citrus, hint of pine. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp finish with light hop bitterness. Ok if a little uninspiring.

Pale clear golden pour with a thin head. Very light aroma and a pretty boring taste overall. Some hints of grain, but not much else. Very well could have been a bad tap.

Bottle from Made in Oregon. Pours hazy translucent gold with a 3 finger foamy white head. Aroma is fruity with a little spiciness. Med body or better. It is very freshly hoppy, but it’s mostly earthy/pungent. But the nose continues fruity. Malt: yes. But not caramel. Light malt. This is very unusual, and extremely flavorful - but not in a hop burn way. Close, but not quite. Delicious.

Clear straw yellow. Mild grapefruit peel aroma. Bitter but balanced, fi-badied palate leads to a bitter, grapefruit peel finish.
