COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
THE VAPORIZER is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop THE VAPORIZER to pump up the hoppy goodness. It’s an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Challenger hops. 6% ABV, 50 BU

On tap. Crisp and smooth. Mild citrus and mild bitterness. Nice malt flavor towards the finish. Good tasting brew but not much of an IPA punch. Would rate this higher as an APA.

Another good IPA I had last night, and a rare 13/20 overall rating from me as well.

Draft @ The Meadows on Mt. Hood. Pours a clear deep gold with a medium white head with decent lace. Pine hop and citrus on the nose - very fresh. Taste is grapefruit, earthy, grassy hop taste with some bite on the end. Very light and refreshing IPA.

Nice cool down beer after driving from Portland to Hood River. Crisp and light. Pours a nice yellow color. Some hop and some grain intermingle to form this unchallenging but tasty brew.

Straw blonde, diffuse head. Not much nose. Some grain and inoffensive hops sprout up akin to a blonde ale. Watery, bitter body infused with a mild grassyness. Eh.

an okay offering from double mtn. I like some of their other things better, but not too bad.

Tap at the brewery. Pale yellow pour with a thin white head. Huge citrus hop aroma, very resiny. Taste is smooth crisp malt with a big citrus hop bitterness. Well done refreshingly hoppy ipa.

Draft at uber. Pours a hazy pale gold with a dense and creamy white head and tons of lace. Delectable grapefruit and pineapple nose. Creamy medium body. Mild soapy toasty mid palate. Caramel and grapefruit showing, not real developed. Mild finish.
