THE VAPORIZER is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop THE VAPORIZER to pump up the hoppy goodness. Itís an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Challenger hops. 6% ABV, 50 BU

Pale straw and clear. Sips hoppy and full. Crisp, hoppy, and, perfectly balanced. By appearance you might think itís a middle of the road pale ale, but this brew has body and flavor. Bartender at lost lake diner in seattle said she loves this brewery, now I agree. Slight grapefruit/citrus finish. Excellent pale ale!

Bottle from Made in Oregon. Pours hazy translucent gold with a 3 finger foamy white head. Aroma is fruity with a little spiciness. Med body or better. It is very freshly hoppy, but itís mostly earthy/pungent. But the nose continues fruity. Malt: yes. But not caramel. Light malt. This is very unusual, and extremely flavorful - but not in a hop burn way. Close, but not quite. Delicious.

Nice beer. Effervescent and dry. Very spicy hops. Peppery. Not your typical American-style pale ale; it has a saison-like quality to it. Malts are mild, hay-like, cracker-like, and pleasant. Good amount of bitterness. Fairly balanced and quite drinkable.
