COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
THE VAPORIZER is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a beautifully hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, our sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily of the Challenger variety, grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. We dry-hop THE VAPORIZER to pump up the hoppy goodness. It’s an appetizingly dry, clean and pure-tasting take on a hoppy Pale Ale. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt and Challenger hops. 6% ABV, 50 BU

500ml brown bottle. Pale yellow with haze. Big white head. Aroma - grassy, lemony. Taste is grainy, grass and mild citrus. Finish is grainy and dry with light hops. Regular body and carbonation. A bit dull.

Aroma of soft malt, hay, floral notes, fruits, some citrus, herbal notes, hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Not a stellar hop bomb APA, more like a hoppy Pilsner.

Disappointed by this brew. Expected alot more oomph and dry hop emphasis but found it lackluster. The pour is light copper gold with a thin off white head. Mild spice and citrus nose, light grainy malts. Boring!

On tap. Light colored pale with not much aroma. Well hopped for pale, not bad not good just middle of the road on this one.

Clear, light (almost straw) yellow pour, nice foamy head but not much lacing. Aroma is basically just of bread maybe some hops. Flavour is very herbal which I am not a big fan of honestly, but also has some nice hop flavours.

Sampled at the brewpub. Nicely hopped. Not over done. Floral with a lot of subtlety. Some pine. Really nicely done. Subtle and flavorful. Nice combination.

Bottle. Blonde. Grassy citric leavy aroma. Thinnish, but a firm grassy citric hopbitter flavor. leavy, slightly herbal. The herbalness in lingering on in the aftertaste. Nice one.

(Double Mountain The Vaporizer) Bottle 500 ml at home, served into a shaker, ABV 6% Pale yellow colour on the body, a bit cloudy. Two fingers of white thick head on top, with very good retention. Spots of lacig left around the glass. Aroma has light hops, something off though here, like cigarette ash or burned paper. Not much going on taste-wise, light lemon, some grass, hints of hops. Good bitterness on the finish and the aftertaste though. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Mildly dry on the palate. Nothing special.
