Cloudy and orange brown color. Prominent citrus hop fragrance. Lively and interesting approach on a great style. A little spicy and yeasty. The citrus is either from hops or dried citrus peel. Either way, it works.

On tap at Brouwer’s cafe in Seattle. Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Nose is of belgian yeast, straw and funk. Taste is of yeast, grass, fruit and spices. Mouthfeel is sweet, dry and tingly.

On tap at Naked City during beer week in Seattle. Pours a dark amber color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet spices, malty, fruity Belgian ale notes. The flavor is earthy, banana esters, sweet fruit, dry and easygoing. Not bad.
