3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 bpreo (1173) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - JUL 7, 2012Only 2 out of the 4 Double Take beers I have are on this website. So here is the IPA. Nice (almost) 7% alcohol content. Tastes, looks, and smells like a well made IPA. I think I prefer this to the Double Take Pale Ale, the Amber Ale, and the Belgian White.
2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 bytemesis (1413) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - APR 2, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium creamy off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is pine, urine, sweat socks, old leather, aluminum foil. Flavor is about the same, artificial and not pleasant. Metallic. Buy a Budweiser before drinking this.
1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 IrishBoy (3618) - Bakersfield, California, USA - MAR 19, 2013
12 oz bottle from Sampler Pack from Safeway Salinas. Nose is a little citrus hops mixed with some stale bread. Clear yellow orange with a medium pale yellow head. Flavor is lightly bitter with a light carrot candy sweetness. Not much of an IPA.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Headbanger (2471) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - FEB 23, 2013
12oz bottle 2/23/13 (Dominick’s Grocery)-41° in Shaker-Pours a slightly orangish amber with a small off white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Taste of the same with more malt on the back end. This medium bodied brew is not bad.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Christpuncher (221) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 29, 2013
An average ipa. Really fruity and has a powerful aftertaste. I would probably pass at buying this one again.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 GalenKnapp (2) - - JAN 6, 2013 does not count
In some respects, this beer tastes like miller light with "hop flavor added". That being said, it fits its role relatively well in my opinion, which is that of a bargain IPA that is much more bearable to drink than other cheaper beers.
2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 robforbes (1892) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - OCT 24, 2012
pours a cleear amber orange with a small egg shell head, and some lacing.
smell is of caramel, malt, nutty, and a touch of vanilla.
taste has some caramel, wood, hops, a funky aftertaste, and slightly metalic. ends wet and not too bitter.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 HughConway (658) - Washington, USA - OCT 4, 2012
Pours clear orange, stiff coarse white head. Vague home aroma, bitter malt taste. OK, I guess, really tastes like a Genny product.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Boothead (24) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 26, 2012
Although it doesn’t taste like a regular IPA (at least to me), I find the brew a most pleasurable drinking experience! Nothing revealing in the aroma or appearance--uninspiring scent and medium tinted. Nice bite to the aftertaste, but a less then clean finish.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Ttrunk (50) - California, USA - AUG 20, 2012
This is a better than average beer, but only slightly. The hops are average for an IPA.
