473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy copper orange with a one finger, off white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma has notes of citrus, toasted bread, slight pine, and grain. Taste is balanced. Floral citrus/lemon, toasted bread, slight caramel. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth. Overall not a fan of the lemony taste.

ENG: 500ml can from Liquor Mart Winnipeg. Color is very clean, light orange - copper with very light, tan head which lasts for quite a while. The first thing I felt was some kind of champagne-yeast smell quite present in the aroma bucket, but also some hoppy bitter and a bit of citrusy in the background. Taste is very mild, a little bit overwhelmed by the bitter (it’s not a very bitter beer, but this taste is the most presented in it) plus malt, a bit like a lager. The aroma and taste are not too deep, although there is some bitter and pepper in the aftertaste too. Overall company called it an IPA, but it’s more like a session beer, nicely balanced and easy to drink. It’s a good beer but I think there’s discrepancy in taste and aroma between brews. I was able to drink it some time ago, and I didn’t felt that much yeast but much more hops aromas. //////////////////// ~!~!~!~ ~!~!~!~ /////////////////// PL: 500ml puszka z sieci Liquor Mart w Winnipeg.

Can from LCBO in Ottawa. Clear amber pour with dense head. Wet but slightly stale hoppy aroma. Taste is similar. Has the bitter bite of a lager and some dank hoppiness but not a lot going on. Very light and a bit watery. Not a repeat.

A gift from my friend Melissa. Yellow toward bronze, clear with nice white head. Sweet malt with dry cookie in the aroma. Mild taste of malt and heath with a hint of lollipop. Sweet bitterness in the aftertaste.

473 ml can from the LCBO. Light copper/yellow colour with thick white head. Minimal pine aroma with thin taste. Not overly bitter for an IPA, but not malty/sweet either.

Very light copper colour with a light white head and very active carbonation. Aromas are a dance between light lime and unfortunate wet cardboard, with the merest hint of vanilla lingering shyly in the background. It’s morphing into cut grass as it warms. The tastes are of earthy, dirty malts, and some hop bitterness on the swallow. I remember liking this beer about 3 years ago, but it seems my tastes have evolved beyond it. Far beyond.

(Rating #5922)
