3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - NOV 2, 2012
Can, from LCBO Light amber color. Some aroma of malt, caramel and hop. The malt flavor is partially good, with decent hopping, simple but strong enough and with a lemony trace. Drinkable.

Draught. Amber and bright, with a loose head. Indistinct but slightly fruity hops. The hops are again indistinct on the palate, being drowned out by the weed in the Kensington Market air, rather than complementing it. The malts have a light caramel taste and some slightly mushroomy character.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Lubiere (8239) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 20, 2012
A golden IPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth biscuit malt with a light fruity ester, and smooth floral British hops. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with light floral hops, butterscotch notes, light citrus notes, OK. On tap at Wellington Gastropub, June 19, 2012.

Pint at Dominion in Queen. Clear golden pour topped by a huge rocky white head. The nose lightly fruity with a bit of grapefruit and some light citrus. Do
Some lightly fruity esters and a little bit of lean pale malt. Clean with a nice crackery character to the malts. It’s pretty light for an IPA though - more of a pale ale, but not a bad one at all. Light bodied with a moderate bitterness. Hops are citrus and some red current sort of fruit flavour.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Sammy (7031) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 27, 2012
The hops are here, but not greatly drinkable. What hops used? Orange citrus, just does;t hit the spot. Some hop aroma. Fast dissipating white head on light orange body. Tingling mouthfeel.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2012 2012-04-14. Crisp amber body, small white head and lace. 3+ Flavour is pleasant, mild hoppy character is mildly leafy and green, very light bitterness, muddled resin in finish with something else... odd malt character? 6+ Modest hoppy aroma, leafy green hops and light fruit, mild malt, muted caramel. 6+ Smooth average palate. IPA? Just something about the way it all comes together that I do not care for. 6/3/6/3/12 On tap at Brydens, Toronto

Draught pint at the launch event at Burger Bar, February 4, 2012. Looks nice - bright clear refractive amber-tinged gold with a solid lasting creamy/frothy off-white head, nice lacing. Aroma is on the mild side, leafy/grainy and slightly dry, hints at sweetness but seems pretty neutral - more pale ale-ish (6+). Taste is quite grainy, with a nice balancing acidic non-aggressive hopping level - reminds me a bit of the very first batch of Church Key Grains of Wrath - not much alcohol - good pale ale. Average body, chewy, light astringency, decent carbonation, with a medium-length leafy bitter finish, no unpleasant aftertaste - solid stuff, glad I didn’t have it at Cask Days!!
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 DuffMan (5189) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 7, 2012
So I bought this can in Kingston and then lugged it all the way to the maritimes to drink while visiting my parents in this virtual wasteland of beer that is northern New Brunswick, only to find that I can buy it at Trackside in Medicine Hat as of last week. <sigh>. Slightly hazy golden with a persistent white head. Aroma is nicely hoppy, good citrus with some grassy green elements. Flavours of straw-like malts, rather thin in the body with citric bitterness in the finish. A lighter IPA, maybe really an APA, but not bad.

Draft at burger bar Toronto, dark amber, nice lasting head. Odd mushroom aroma isn't overtly hoppy. Soft palate, but high gravity feel. The flavors continue the mushroom trend, which is unpleasant and disappointing. Borders on being unpleasant.
