Hazy orange with a big foam top, some gushing. Malt with yeast in the nose. Relatively sweet, bit mineral, bread dough, floral. Medium finish which is a bit dryer, but still a bit too sweet

Bottle from Pauwels, Kortrijk - BE. Color: hazy dark blond beer with small carbonation and creamy white foam. Smell: caramel and malt domination. Good ester notes. Yeast finish. Taste: medium body really creamy sensation. Good caramel malt and sweet notes. Good attenuation. Interesting beer. Aftertaste: caramel and ester with belgian yeast. I enjoy it!

27/03/2016 - draught @ Estaminet & Brouwerij d’Oude Maalderij. Clear yellow colour with white head. Nose is sweet malts, yeast. Taste is malts (but not sweet as in the taste), grainy, some yeast. Nice easy drinkable beer.

Bottle 75cl. with a crown-cap. Brewed at ’t Gaverhopke, bottle date 30-9-2015. Poured into a teku glass. Some gushing. Cloudy medium orange amber, good two finger moussy white head, diminishing mostly small rim remains, light lacing; aroma malty, grains, light fruity (peach, apricot, apple), yeast; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity undertones, spicy notes, average to long duration, sweetbitter aftertaste, light spiciness in the finish; medium body, oily texture, prickly mouthfeel, lively carbonation; so so, I’m not impressed (despite the nice packaging), a rather bland brew.
