(Dougall’s 942) Bottle 330 ml from a trade with torriman, thanks! Served into a tulip, ABV 4.2% Bright golden orange colour on the body, small off-white head, with okay retention, leaving big bubbles on the surface and light lacing around the glass. Aroma is light floral, cookie dough, orange peel, mandarin, some grapefruit too. Taste has hops, good malty backbone, again some cookie dough/biscuit, light citrus. Good bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium thin body, okay carbonation. Quite good, seems a bit thin at times.

In short: A clean and tasty grassy-citrusy golden hoppy ale that feels bigger than its small size. Good beer.
How: Bottle at Juan Carlos, Sevilla Spain.
The look: Clear shining golden-orange body topped by a medium white head.
In long: The nose is moderately hoppy (bright citrus fruits and wet grass) along with a bright toastiness. Not a highly aromatic nose but it is very inviting nonetheless. Body is more corpulent than expected from a 4.2% brew, texture is a bit grainy and creamy, an active carbonation, a pleasant mouthfeel. Taste doesn’t disappoint. A solid malt backbone with toasted hay and honeyed pastry. Fruity flavors ranging from dried orange peels to fresh citrus fruits. The hoppy finish is more grassy than citrusy. Bitterness of medium-high intensity. Rather nourishing and tasty for a low abv pale ale, I would have guessed a 6% IPA. Tasty yet highly sessionnable. And this is just my own opinion about this beer, and now I’m really really thirsty for a beer, this always happens to me when I’m upload beer ratings or when I’m breathing.

Sin duda, una de las cervezas más "tropicales" que he probado. El lúpulo simcoe le da un toque a mango o pomelo que le da un alegría característica a esta cerveza cántabra. Muy fresca.
