Amber color with medium white head. Herbal and floral aroma, with pine, resin and an important malty character. Taste follows the aroma, with resin, citrus, grapefruit and again, a strong malty presence, which gives it a great balance. Slightly dry and bitter finish.

javiercrasher (195) - Granada, SPAIN - FEB 15, 2015
Final seco y ligeramente amargo, y bastante persistente. Equilibrada y sabrosa.

CraftyBeerTour (98) - Barcelon, SPAIN - JAN 27, 2015
33cl bottle. Caramel, coffee, rich honey and tropical fruit aroma, but some dustiness (glass or oxidation). Off white head, handsome copper colour, brite. Develops a pleasant pithiness in the mouth, cherryish, somewhat raisiny. The bitterness is persistent and drying. Like this beer but have enjoyed more on other occasions on draught.

A new Spanish beer revolution ale. Pretty good, hoppy I like, palate dominated by bitter tones, herbs, hay and hops. B@H

In short: A malty, juicy and fruity kind-of-ESB. Good hoppy beer of some kind.
How: Bottle 330ml, consumed very fresh, purchased directly at the brewery and consumed a few days later.
The look: Clear golden-amber body topped by an off-white ring of foam.
In long: Nose of medium intensity has some pleasant cereals but it is mostly fruity and leafy hops with a character that is ripe and dank (or whatever is the opposite of bright and vibrant). Average body and average carbonation, typical mouthfeel of a clean medium-size session ale. Taste improves on the aroma that lacked brightness. Crisp toasted cereals with a moderate amount of caramel, barley candy sensation, lots of not-too-ripe citrus fruits and juicy leafy hops. Finish has a tasty but round and not aggressive juicy bitterness. A bit on the malty side for an ESB but the generous hopping balance it out nicely. Nothing remarkable, just another rating for me, and my non-ratebeerian friend told me that buying unknown beers just to add another rating sounds just as stupid as renting porn movies just to get bedroom decoration ideas, he’s got a point, maybe I should stop doing both.

Excalibur123 (231) - Soria, SPAIN - OCT 15, 2014
