The Original Blend is made from freshly pressed Maine apples (thank you Ricker Hill Orchards, www.rickerhill.com) because we believe in making the best product we possibly can. We also like to support local agriculture. We use Red Delicious, Yellow Delicious, McIntosh, Cortland, and Gala apples in our cider.

5oz on tap at Cask Republic. Completely cloudy sunflower yellow color. No head. Awesome yellow apple flavor. Smooth, kind of crisp light carbonation. More dry finish. Medium-plus body, some more fullness to the texture. Solid. I liked it.

A really good, not overly sweet cider. Pours a very hazy tan color, not much carbonation. Very clean flavor with a good mouth feel.

(can - 12 oz) Cloudy gold with no head. Dry apple aroma with some very mild tartness. Flavor is more earthy and natural than candy sweet. A bit of tartness.

Delicious- tastes like carbonated fresh apple cider. Maybe not as complex or tart as some like, but an eminently quaffable drink that tastes like a syrupy sweet fall in new england.

Can. Pours gold with a thin fizzy head. Really a pretty typical cider offering, mild apple sweetness, relatively fizzy mouthfeel, and a quick and moderately sweet finish. Drinkable for sure.

8 oz pour on draft at Row 34. Murky yellow. Aromas of sweet apples, light citrus and honey. Tastes of apples, stone fruit, sugar, honey. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Low carbonation. On the sweet side. Solid easy drinking cider.

12oz an, 55F enjoyed in stemware. Looks like orange juice. very cloudy, fizzy head that faded fast. Nose is a little sulphuric with apple juice and pear. Super sweet, good finish. decent mouthfeel, not carbonated really. would have again.

Highly recommended by a friend. Didn’t quite live up to expectations - kind of plain.

A little funky, humid aroma. There is lots of fresh apple juice in the flavor, plus a dash of sourness. It tastes a little like apple cobbler. Not as tart as a lot of ciders, and it has a craft/handmade feel that sets it apart from some of the macro ciders I have tried lately. There are nice little flavor echoes on the palate. A superior cider for sure.
