COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Original Blend is made from freshly pressed Maine apples (thank you Ricker Hill Orchards, www.rickerhill.com) because we believe in making the best product we possibly can. We also like to support local agriculture. We use Red Delicious, Yellow Delicious, McIntosh, Cortland, and Gala apples in our cider.

A murkey golden cider with no head. In aroma, light apple pulp, fresh and smooth. In mouth, smooth apple juice, nice and smooth, pulp and flesh, nice. On tap at Somerville Summerfest, July 14, 2012.

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2012 Best cider I have ever had. Blows away Woodchuck. Tastes like fresh cider from the orchard. My only complaint is that is is hard to find! Hopefully that will change once more people discover it.

On tap @ Meadhall in Cambridge. Cloudy/unfiltered light brown. Served in a cute, branded mason jar w/ handle. Smells of apple sauce. Guessed Red Delicious apples in my notes. :P Juicy, slightly chalky & chunky texture. Low acidity & tartness. On the sweeter/fruitier side. Very simple, fresh barn cider.

I first read about this cider on a blog (http://blogs.wickedlocal.com/beernut/2012/0 When I got the chance to try it Norman absolutely nailed it, "The cider tastes like the apples were just picked and squeezed." It is by far my favorite cider!

Absolutely my favorite cider! I LOVE cider and have tried them all, this is the first American cider to ever do hard cider any justice! They call themselves "New England’s craft cider" and they are! I can’t wait for them to Mass soon so I can enjoy it more often! Truly the way cider should be!!!
