Originally brewed using spring water from the the FulkingSpring, Ruskinís Ram is a traditional English Ale with asharp, clean malty taste, complemented by a subtle aromawith hints of vanilla and elderflower.

Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton on 6th November 2013. Dark copper with yellowy white shallow foam. Biscuit malt aroma. Deliciously nutty in-mouth with hazelnut and peanut discernable. Malty and nutty finish, not overly sweet. Lightly zingy mouthfeel and medium body.

Half pint on tap @ Migration 2013. Pours clear brown with no head. Aroma is malts with a hint of fruits. Flavor is slightly fruity malts with a hoppy finish. Decent.

Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light roasted. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120505]

Cask conditioned handpump Victory Brighton 30/07/12. A reddy brown coloured beer with an off-white pool of head. A fruity malty bitter. Sweet flavours with some chocolate malt notes. A decent brown bitter.
