COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Originally brewed using spring water from the the FulkingSpring, Ruskin’s Ram is a traditional English Ale with asharp, clean malty taste, complemented by a subtle aromawith hints of vanilla and elderflower.

Cask conditioned handpump Victory Brighton 30/07/12. A reddy brown coloured beer with an off-white pool of head. A fruity malty bitter. Sweet flavours with some chocolate malt notes. A decent brown bitter.

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Copper colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, fruits, some wood and mild nectary notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, nutty, floral and also a bit resiny notes.
