wyzzywyz22 (243), Wirral, Merseyside, England May 6, 2008 Bottle, Empire wines, Birmingham. Bit of a let down this one. Darkish golden.Aroma of rotting grass clippings and stale feet.. mmmmm
The alcohol is not masked well at all, and makes this a bit of a nasty expierence. Seems like more of a super T style lager than an IPA, not completely awful, but teeters on the precipice of rankness.

Good caramel flavor, a bit harsh, with a prepotent hopping. Interesting. evilsoc (138), Wales May 13, 2008 Pours the right colour for the style anyway, a pale straw. unusual aroma of grassy leafy hops, slightly funky. The taste is dominated by the same hop flavour. I was hoping for some complex sweetness but it’s all dry. I got used to it by the time I finished it. interesting at least.
