3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at the Priory Arms, Stockwell, 5th June 2007. Clear amber, zero head. Really felt like just a normal bitter with cherry added - showed in the taste and the sweeter finish than expected. Interesting to try but no standout.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask conditioned - handpump - Newshouse - Nottingham. A slight hint of pink to this copper coloured beer which has a whitish head and lacing. The aroma has cherry essence. The taste has the same. Minimal hop flavours but actually intriguingly drinkable.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pint pulled at The Bricklayers Arms in Putney (London), a slightly hazy amber colour with a filmy white head. A subtle but clean fresh cherry aroma with touches of chocolate (reminiscent of black forest gateau). The palate is a little sour, again with a subtle cherry flavour. Became more sour in the finish.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask conditioned at The Woolpack, Banbury. Pinkish amber with white head.
Not too much sign of the double cherry, there is a strange floral character, with a basic hop flavour, but largely not much to write about. It’s ok
