Cask@RaiDOrSalisbury. Lemon and floral aroma. Yellow color, off-white head, good lace. Malty, sweet, very floral, bitter. Quite full. Refreshing and flavorful.

Cask-conditioned at the Bag O’Nails, Bristol 15/06/08. Pale gold in colour with a short-lived white head. Aroma of floral hops and blossoms. Flavour was sweetish with some elderflower notes and a short, bitter finish. Ok.

Cask gravity @ Reading Beer Festival 2008.
Clear medium to dark yellow color with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate hoppy, citrus, buttery. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. (020508)

Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Gold with lasting off white head. Decent golden bitter. Bit of elderflower, but actually really bitter. Very dry finish. Just a lovely elderflower beer, intense, but easy drinking.
